Our commitment
Our model allocates 100% of gross public Project Fund gifts to approved partner project delivery. Separate Operations Fund support covers foundation salaries, technology, fundraising, due diligence, reporting, and payment and transfer fees.
Project delivery can include partner staff, supplies, construction, training, maintenance and project-specific monitoring. The approved grant budget will explain those costs.
From your gift to project delivery
Your gift is designated for the Project Fund. We are reviewing potential partners and will award grants after due diligence, approval and a written agreement. Gifts can be held until suitable projects are approved. Candidate organizations are not confirmed partners.
How projects will be selected
We will review charitable standing, community need, financial records, safeguarding, project budgets and measurable outcomes. Approved partners will sign grant agreements and report spending and progress. We will publish approved project details and distinguish funds received, grants paid and results reported.
Donation restrictions
The fund will support the five focus areas rather than a donor-selected individual. Campaign-specific restrictions will be stated before giving. Changes to restricted gifts will follow the gift terms and applicable law.
