Our first operating raise

We are seeking $200,000 in first-year Operations Fund support. We welcome two- or three-year commitments with annual payment schedules. This proposed plan supports a lean launch, with staffing and spending subject to independent board approval and funding.

These are charitable gifts. They provide no equity, financial return, automatic governance seat or control over beneficiary selection.

What your support makes possible

A proposed paid leadership role, part-time project coordination, accounting and legal support, donor care, technology and the fee coverage needed to uphold the Project Fund model. We are building from a volunteer-led starting point with no paid staff.

Quarterly updates

Each quarter we will share operating gifts and cash received, actual spending against budget, available cash and runway, staffing progress, partner review and grant progress, and priorities for the next quarter. We will distinguish commitments from cash, proposals from approved grants, and targets from measured results.

First-year priorities

Establish fund controls and independent compensation review. Secure operating support. Complete diligence and seek approval for up to two pilot grants funded separately through the Project Fund. Publish four quarterly updates and prepare a year-end financial and impact summary.
